Return Policy


Return process for overseas purchases at EthosShop


1. Currently, only return service is available for overseas purchases, and exchange service is not supported for the time being. Due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, EthosShop's global return and pickup service will be delayed. After the recovery, the logistics company will pick up the goods as soon as possible.


2. Select the quantity of returned goods and the reason for return.


3. Confirm the return method and door-to-door pickup address: The system will prompt you to pay the return shipping fee based on the reason for return you selected, and calculate the estimated total refund. After confirmation, click the Submit button to enter the return application process.


4. Submit customs clearance information: All overseas purchase returns need to be returned to EthosShop's overseas warehouse. According to the customs clearance requirements of international customs, you need to provide valid ID information for customs clearance. EthosShop's authorized carrier, Yikeman, will notify you by email or SMS within 24 hours after you successfully submit your return application to upload customs clearance information on Yikeman's official website.


5. Agree on the time of door-to-door pickup: After receiving accurate and valid customs clearance information, Ethos will entrust the deliveryman to contact you through the mobile phone number you provided and arrange the time of door-to-door pickup. At that time, please keep your phone open.


6. Prepare the return package: Before the deliveryman picks up the goods, please put the returned goods into the packaging box or packaging bag. Note: The deliveryman does not provide any product packaging service.


7. Return shipping fee deduction: When the deliveryman picks up the goods at your door, you do not need to pay any return shipping fee. Note: If you return the goods for reasons other than product quality, you will need to bear the international return fee, which will be directly deducted from your product refund.


8. Wait for refund: After the express delivery picks up successfully, you will need about 15-30 days to receive the refund, and the refund will be returned to your original payment account. The average time for the returned goods to be shipped back to EthosShop's overseas warehouse is 15 working days. The average processing time for a refund is 3-10 working days (from the time the EthosShop overseas warehouse receives the product and confirms that the product meets the return terms and can be refunded).
